Hello Private Practice (“we,” “us”) runs helloprivatepractice.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The contact form. If you send us a note, we get what you type in: your name, email, practice name, practice size, and message. It comes to us by email so we can reply.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, general location, and device and browser type. It uses cookies. We have turned off Google’s optional data-sharing settings. You can block it in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
The demos
The demos on this site use sample data and run entirely in your browser. Nothing in them is sent to us.
Please don’t send client information
This site is not a therapy service and is not set up to receive protected health information. Please leave client names and clinical details out of anything you send us.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that run this site, listed above, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us, or ask us not to sell it, through the contact form on our homepage.
Children
This site is for therapy practice owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
